RSA - SITHFAB021 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (NSW)
This course equips individuals with the skills and knowledge to practice responsible sale, service, or supply of alcohol. All staff of licensed premises in Australia who serve / supply / sell alcohol must have completed this nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) unit of competency.
Completing the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a mandatory requirement for selling or serving alcohol within a licensed venue throughout New South Wales.
Learn how to responsibly sell and serve alcohol, explore ways to assist customers to drink within appropriate limits, recognise and respect the laws regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol and develop the skills required to refuse the sale or service of alcohol.
RGS (RCG) - SITHGAM022 Provide Responsible Gambling Services (nsw)
This course equips individuals with the skills and knowledge to responsibly provide gambling services and aid in the prevention of harm caused by problem gambling. All staff of licensed premises in Australia that have gaming machines and provides gambling services are required to complete this nationally recognised unit of competency.
This RCG course is valid for work in New South Wales (NSW)*.
