Extensive support service
At BIA, we take a personal, collaborative approach, offer guidance and support from the start of the application process and throughout your learning experience with us.
Students have access to a professional learning support team to help monitor progress and overcome obstacles to achieve academic and career goals.
Our team of dedicated trainers and assessors provide support from our central Sydney campus from 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
We believe that successful learning is achieved through genuine, tailored support and we also offer academic and language support as well as career guidance counseling to all of our students.

We are in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, only a few minutes from Martin Place, Wynyard and Circular Quay Railway Stations.
