BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management specialises in equipping individuals with the tools to set up your entry point into management and ultimately achieve long-term success across a range of industries.  

 

Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in leading, guiding and monitoring the effective performance of individuals and teams. They apply solutions to a range of obstacles and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

This course is schdueled for completion in 12 months. 

MODES OF DELIVERY

This course is offered in two formats: 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Although there are not any formal prerequisites for this course, students must: 

    • have completed a minimum of Year 10 or equivalent  
    • undertake an online LLN assessment prior to the commencement of the program 
    • have access to a reliable internet connection, a PC, laptop or tablet computer with camera access for Zoom (or other video call technology) interaction 
    • have access to word processing software such as Microsoft Office suite 

UNITS OF COMPETENCY

To gain a full qualification, a total of twelve units must be completed comprising of five core and seven elective units.

COMPLETION / CERTIFICATION

Students who successfully complete all 12 units of competency will be issued with BSB40520 Certificate Iv in Leadership and Management. Students who successfully complete some units of competency will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the unit(s) in which they have been deemed competent. Successful completion of this course may gain you recognition towards a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
