Successful completion of this course is an eligibility requirement when applying for a Certificate of Registration to become an Assistant Real Estate Agent in NSW.
This course consists of the 5 core Units of Competency of the full Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification. Once the course is complete, the learner is eligible to apply for their Certificate of Registration, to become an Assistant Real Estate Agent.
This course equips you with the foundational skills and legal knowledge needed to start a successful career in property management. Through simulated industry scenarios, you’ll learn to select suitable tenants, prepare and manage tenancy agreements, conduct inspections, handle maintenance requests, and manage lease terminations professionally and lawfully.
This course is designed for licensed real estate agents who are ready to elevate their careers by mastering the art and strategy of conducting property auctions. Through a blend of theory and hands-on training, you’ll learn how to prepare and execute auctions, manage vendor and bidder communications, and ensure compliance with NSW legislation.
