Course Overview

This course provides a set of skills to work hygienically when handling food. It enables individuals to meet the legislative requirements (under Standard 3.2.2A of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) for every person whose work involves handlingfood (i.e. a "food handler") to complete a food safety training course.
